Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to the TimeShare platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, which operates as a regulated gateway for B2B subcontracting services. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of the Relationship (B2B Model)

TimeShare clarifies that it is a technical platform connecting companies, not an employer or a staffing agency.

• Supplier Company: The legal entity that holds employee contracts and is responsible for their salaries.
• Requester Company: The entity contracting to obtain specific services for a temporary period.
• Expert (Employee): An employee of the Supplier Company, providing the service with explicit consent.

3. Parties Obligations

Supplier Company Obligation: Ensure expert competence, comply with local labor laws, and pay employee wages regularly.

Requester Company Obligation: Provide a safe working environment and pay financial dues to the platform on time.

4. Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property rights resulting from the "Project" are assigned to the "Requester Company" upon full payment.

5. Payments and Fees

TimeShare charges a Platform Fee, which is either added to the Requester Company's invoice or deducted from the Supplier Company's earnings.
